The H.E.A.T - Team

The H.E.A.T Mezzanine team, headed by Michael Auracher, has structured three successful H.E.A.T Mezzanine transactions since 2005. The interdisciplinary organisation of the Structured Solutions Group, with legal, certification, financial mathematics, tax and balance sheet analysis experts, enables fast decisions and flexible processes.
