• Support of the creditor, H.E.A.T Mezzanine S.A., in monitoring the performance of the portfolio companies, particularly their creditworthiness and probability of default by way of annual analyses with Moody's KMV RiskCalc™ and Creditreform Bilanzrating

Recovery Manager: mbb [consult], Düsseldorf

• If the credit quality of one of the companies in the portfolio deteriorates, its managing board is required to discuss operational plans with the Recovery Manager and, if necessary, to take part in a workshop with the Recovery Manager. The objective is the preparation of a turn-around plan. These measures are implemented if the balance sheet rating according to Moody's KMV RiskCalc™ falls to Ba3.edf or B1.edf
• The Recovery Manager provides advice to and represents the interests of H.E.A.T Mezzanine S.A. in case of the default on payment or insolvency of any company in the portfolio
